1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Glimmer-money ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Glimmer-money provides professional photography services including but not limited to:

• Corporate headshots
• Commercial photography
• Event coverage
• Business portraits
• Product photography

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed contract. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and signed agreement.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due within 14 days of the session
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellation

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the session: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 7 days: No refund
• Rescheduling is allowed once at no extra charge if notice is given 48+ hours in advance

4.2 Photographer Cancellation

In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or alternative date with no additional charges.

5. Image Delivery and Usage Rights

5.1 Delivery Timeline

• Edited images will be delivered within 14 business days
• Rush delivery is available for an additional fee
• Images are delivered via secure online gallery

5.2 Usage Rights

• Clients receive full commercial usage rights for business purposes
• Images may be used for marketing, websites, and promotional materials
• Glimmer-money retains copyright and the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Images may not be resold or redistributed without written permission

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Ensuring all subjects are prepared and available at the scheduled time
• Obtaining necessary permissions for location shoots
• Providing suitable changing facilities if required
• Informing us of any special requirements or accessibility needs

7. Weather and Location Policies

For outdoor sessions, alternative indoor arrangements or rescheduling may be necessary due to adverse weather conditions. Safety is our priority, and sessions may be postponed if conditions are deemed unsuitable.

8. Liability and Limitations

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services
• We carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• We are not liable for loss of data, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control
• Backup equipment is carried, but equipment failure does not constitute grounds for refund

9. Image Selection and Editing

• We provide professional editing and colour correction as standard
• Clients may request specific edits, subject to additional charges
• We reserve the right to refuse requests that compromise image quality or our professional standards
• All images remain our property until final payment is received

10. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Scottish courts.
